From sweet little foal to CEI winner lies the long road of years of care, education and training. The breeders need riders to bring recognition to their stud names, the riders need breeders to provide them with HORSES with POTENTIAL: because however well ridden and handled, a donkey will always remain a donkey!
We are essentially breeders, but over the past few years we have set up partnerships with several top-level riders, whom we would like to thank for their work.We therefore organise on our studfarms the different stages of education of our youngstock, and bringing on of our 4-6 year-olds,before entrusting some of them to top-level riders, matching them up with the various bloodlines and temperaments of our horses.

After basic training, our young horses are brought on by doing trail rides, particularly on the 160km Florac circuit, and they take part as often as possible in short endurance races and the National Novice Horse Finals at Uzès.These stages of long and slow work coupled with short qualifying competitive rides fit in well with our breeding activities, and speed up considerably the work for the riders, who thus pick up 6 or 7 year-olds who are well "equipped" but unspoilt.
In 2011, we shall be particularly following the careers of Prao de Sauveterre, Qassem de Sauveterre, Rebelle Larzac and Pragmatik Larzac at the stables of Sunny Demedy and Delphine Johnson, Persée du Sauveterre and Piuma with Cécile Miletto and Laurent Mosti, and Nawal du Sauveterre and Resistencia Larzac in the hands of Lysiane Préveiraud and Hubert Terris.
